Educational building - Drywall

On this post i want to show some photos of the internal walls in drywall.
We already can see the internal final shape of the second floor classroom.
The Internal system is compoused following these analysys.

External - Cladding in pre-fab in concret - gap - blanket against moisture - dry wall structure + rock wool - double gypsum board.

Internal - It´s working with a double drywall structure + rock wool + double gypsum board = total 25cm between classroom and the hallway.

Space savers furniture.

Hi people.
I just received this news from a friend telling me about this interesting furniture design called Resource furniture.
It´s amazing how this team composed by architects, designers and mechanical engineers could create this clean, modern and very light "transformers" pieces.

You can check also all the others videos of this company at it channel at youtube .

For me, it´s exciting to see ideias that you, as a designer, might have had since as a kid. And in a wave of nostalgia... the only thing that pop up in my mind is that Disney´s cartoon of the 40´s...

Educational building - Construction site Photos.

I just visited the construction site this week and wanna post some photos of how it´s developing.
It´s exciting to see the pre-fab concrete painels positioned as the crowning of the wings of the classroom.
